Workshops at the Lotus Center
Immersive training courses, including martial arts, Viet Vo Dao (Vietnamese kung fu), Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation, are organized twice a year, in March and August. They are open to all, beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Workshop structure:
- Pick-up at Phnom-Penh airport and 10-day stay at Centre Lotus,
A typical day:
- Meditation from 4h30 to 5h00
- Breath opening, body opening, Qi Gong from 5:00 to 7:00 am
- Breakfast from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m.
- Training from 8:30am to 11:30am
- Lunch at noon
- Afternoon rest, training possible in late afternoon
Cambodian meals prepared by village women (vegetarian or non-veg, msg-free, non-gmo).
- Visit to Phnom-Penh, the capital,- Dinner at 7pm.
Other possibilities:
- Visit and discovery of the Temples of Angkor Wat (optional module/on request)
- Excursion and swimming in the islands (optional module/on request)
Participation includes airport reception, a welcome massage with the blind masseurs, accommodation at the Lotus Center, meals at the Center, the course (practice and teaching).
It does not include airfare, personal travel, meals during excursions, entrance fees to museums and temples.
What we offer through this course is the discovery of Asia and its culture through an authentic approach to the practice of martial arts.
